REFUND POLICY
At One Global Forum (OGF), all registration fees are collected to secure participation and to support program arrangements, operational resources, and administrative costs. By completing registration, participants acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds are strictly limited and may only be issued under the following conditions:
- If a duplicate payment is made due to a verified technical or system error
● If an incorrect amount is charged due to an administrative or technical issue
● If a refund is approved in writing by the organizing committee under exceptional circumstances
NON-REFUNDABLE CONDITIONS
No refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
- Change of personal plans or decision not to attend
● Travel, visa, or personal scheduling issues
● Failure to participate after confirmation or selection
● Partial attendance or withdrawal during the program or event
● Inability to attend due to personal or professional commitments
CANCELLATION BY ORGANIZATION
In the unlikely event that One Global Forum (OGF) cancels a program or event, participants may be offered:
- A voucher for future participation, or
● An alternative participation opportunity as officially communicated by the Organization
Global Peace Chain (GPC), Global Business Symposium (GBS), Young Professional Fellowship (YPF), and One Global Forum (OGF) operate as affiliated sister organizations under a shared global network of leadership programs, forums, fellowships, summits, and international initiatives.
Accordingly, any approved compensation or voucher may be utilized for eligible events organized by any of these affiliated organizations, subject to availability and applicable participation requirements.
The final decision regarding compensation, voucher issuance, transfer, or alternative participation opportunities shall remain solely with the Organization based on program circumstances.
UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
One Global Forum (OGF) shall not be held liable for delays, modifications, or cancellations arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
● Political instability
● Pandemics or public health emergencies
● Government restrictions or travel bans
● Technical disruptions or force majeure events
In such circumstances, alternative arrangements, rescheduling, or credits may be offered where applicable.
REFUND PROCESS
- All eligible refund requests must be submitted through official communication channels
● Requests must include proof of payment and relevant supporting information
● Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe determined by the Organization
● Processing times may vary depending on payment providers or banking systems
POLICY UPDATES
One Global Forum (OGF) reserves the right to update, modify, or amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any revisions will be published on the official website and shall apply to future registrations.
