- Participation in any OGF program signifies full acceptance of all rules, policies, and conditions outlined herein

Individuals representing entities, administrations, territories, or jurisdictions that are subject to international restrictions, sanctions, or non-recognition considerations under applicable United Nations resolutions, international laws, or governing regulations may not be eligible to participate in Organization programs, events, or activities

PAYMENT TERMS

- The payment amount displayed at checkout is final and binding

PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Participants are expected to maintain professional, respectful, and responsible conduct throughout all OGF programs and events
2.Any form of misconduct, harassment, discrimination, defamation, or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited
3.Participants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their registration details and participation credentials
4. Participants must comply with all instructions, guidelines, and codes of conduct issued by the Organization
EVENT MODIFICATIONS & LIABILITY
- The Organization reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel any event due to unforeseen circumstances.
- The Organization shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience arising before, during, or after participation in any program or event
- Participants are responsible for their own travel, visa, accommodation, insurance, and personal arrangements unless otherwise stated
- The Organization is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings
CONFIDENTIALITY & CONDUCT
- Participants agree not to disclose, misuse, or distribute confidential information shared during programs, forums, or official communications
2 Any material shared through official communication channels must not be misrepresented or used for defamatory or harmful purposes
3 Violation of confidentiality or misuse of information may result in removal from programs and further disciplinary action where necessary
RIGHTS OF THE ORGANIZATION
- The Organization reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any participant for violation of policies or misconduct
- All decisions regarding selection, participation, scholarships, placements, and certifications are final and non-contestable
- The Organization may use photographs, videos, testimonials, or recordings from events for educational, promotional, reporting, and marketing purposes
- The Organization reserves full authority to ensure discipline, safety, professionalism, and integrity across all programs and activities
LEGAL DISCLAIMER
- The Organization shall not be held liable for any disputes, claims, losses, or damages arising from participation in its programs or event
- Participants agree not to initiate legal action against the Organization for decisions related to participation, selection, removal, or enforcement of policies
- Any defamatory, harmful, unlawful, or damaging actions against the Organization may result in permanent disqualification and further legal consequences
AMENDMENTS
